You do not talk business if you do not know your topic in out. You do not talk business if you know your team network is not serious. You talk business actually to make things move. If your team-network does not move, it is your mission to keep it moving, or why should you ever be a team-leader? You may need to think over again, what makes your team-network hesitant. This is not the only value of connection. When they connect, they come to know each other better and rethink again although this kind of a business relation is a business relation, but personal friendship relations could possibly develop out of such business relation. All the partnership process helps each partner to succeed if s/he is after that target. I am in this area since 2001. I have developed so many business relations with other great club-networks out there. During one of these team networks, I acquired a double opt-in list of more than 18.000 prospect leads. However, I have lost so many of them due to the fact that so many of them are either unserious or they are big fish themselves. I am telling you this story my friend to bring your attention to be active if you want to achieve any success and connect to your group network to build profits together. Motivation is very necessary in this process. To give other people who want to help you a gesture of "thank you" is also a good response and it expresses a good soul. Therefore, those in your circle of influence could take action to respond to you. When you are active in your network and well cooperated with your team's leader you will be able to get the same results and build your own successful team yourself. This process connects you and makes your sincere efforts appealing to the others too. It all depends on good faith on each other my friend. So, take action please.
