Help Me Out of Crazy Love!

For example, when I went out with one of my best male friends he got so jealous and started saying that he was really frustrated and that he was punching the wall with his hand and almost broke it. Well I find this behavior a bit strange and scary. Plus, there is a really good friend of mine (S) and actually I know I shouldn't be saying that but I really like him. Well, today I went to his house, we watched a movie and at the end as we were hugging to say bye to each other we started kissing for a long time and it was something out of this world... And of course when I got home a bit later than I had predicted (A) called starting to insult me saying that I don't care about him and that if we won't solve this problem he's gonna do something like hurting himself... Even if he doesn't believe it's weird, I do, and I would like to break up with him because he is really unsupportable, but there is another problem, we have some common friends I cherish a lot, but they are more friends with (A) so they'll definitely support him. I really have no clue how to handle this, we are going to speak again tomorrow to talk about it... I think I'm going crazy... I know I'm acting "a bit" selfish but I do need help...
